Deliveries are made via Flash Express

Deliveries are made via E-packet via Thai post.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or other government charges, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Genesis is not responsible for delays caused by:
-Customs clearance procedures
-Shipping carriers
-Weather conditions
-Government restrictions
-Events beyond our reasonable control
Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the designated shipping address.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must generally:
-Be unworn and unused
-Be in original condition
-Have all original tags attached
-Be returned within the specified return time (7 days from the date package is received)
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or otherwise indicated as non-returnable may not be eligible for return or exchange.
